is PF going to be an add-on to IL-2 FB/AEP, or will it be a stand-alone product?

Do we not know yet?

I personally hope it's playable as an addition because if it is not, I'm afraid we are going to split the community, and AEP will suffer.

But either way, I'd like to know in advance so I can make plans.

I think the last I heard was "Stand Alone". I'm sure someone else will chime in. Japan? Are you on the mainland or Okinawa, etc.?

777 posted that they have not decided yet which is news to me as Luthier originally posted the two sims would mix fine. It may be that all the New Features like open canopies may not mix well with FB. If so, then leave the canopies closed (no pilot lean anyway so we don't need this New Feature).

Okinawa. Deployed with the U.S. Navy. Landbased Recon plane.

Yes, FP was always supposed to be Stand Alone, but they were thinking of making it be able to work with FB for those who have FB--"compatible" we call it--planes and maps and stuff. They should have some ~very~ nice maps.

Lemme guess, you are flying out of Kadena AB right? EP-3's? I did a year stint with MWLK (Marine Wing Liaison Kadena) there back in '01-02 I even helped ship the EP-3 that went down in China back. Gate 2 street, Whisper alley, Fujiama's, Mermaid's, and that handy liquor store right outside the gate on the left. Does the Kadena chowhall still serve fried rice with every meal? I sure miss that place sometimes, old friends gone but not fogotten and places I will probobly never see again. Enjoy it while you can, and for goodness sakes take up SCUBA diving, you won't regret it if you have the time.

It was a money issues. I'm saving my cash for the baby I have due in Late July. I did, however, manage to go deep sea fishing!
