Interesting how ubisoft support tells us to come to the forums and the ubisoft staff here tells us to fill out a report in support. Who's going to be fixing this?
    I would like to know that too. We keep getting tossed around, but no one seems to actually take responsibility.

    After at least 2 weeks, I finally received this reply:

    This issue has been forwarded up to the development team for further review.

    If any additional information becomes available, it will be posted to the game's official forum at http://forums.ubi.com and our Support Website (http://support.ubi.com).

    So it seems that Ubisoft Support wants us to come to the forums for help, and the Ubisoft staff on the forums, wants us to go to the support website. So the question is, who is going to handle these problems?

    Not the support they finally replyed to me that they are no longer directly dealing with it and some one else will , but you will receive rewards if their systems finds your account to be missing rewards if their system doesn't find any thing wrong on your account then you won't get. But don't bother trying to keep your ticket updated cause they will just close it on you.

    Same story here and I immediately submitted a ticket as soon as it happen. I can't even say that I have been getting the run around this whole time as I have been getting the nothing around. They dont care or they have no idea how to fix it or how it happened.

    I've noticed Ubisoft doesn't help out much with their customers for any games anymore. I play a lot of Assassin's Creed, and love the concept behind For Honor, but I can't seem to get support all the time for these games. The Jack the Ripper DLC is broken on AC Syndicate. The orders and rewards are broken on For Honor. And so far all I've gotten from the Ubisoft mods in the forums, is go fill out a complaint on ubisoft support. Ubisoft Support turns around tells us to go check the forums. Nobody is wanting to help the customers who purchase their product anymore.

    We have corrected the issue in regards to your Missing Season 1 Rewards. You should now be able to access the content in-game the next time you launch For Honor.

    If you are already in-game, you will need to restart the title for the content to populate for you.

    We greatly appreciate your patience while we worked to correct this issue.

    If you have any further issues, please update this ticket as soon as possible with images of your content still not appearing in-game.

    To attach the requested image to your support ticket:

    1. Click on https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Cases
    2. Enter your Uplay account credentials, and click Login.
    3. Click on "your case #" to find your incident.
    4. You may type a response in the "Would you like to add more details?" section.
    5. Click "ADD COMMENT" to send the response.
    6. Click "Attach documents" and find the requested images/files and click Open.
    7. For attaching multiple files, click "+Add Files."
    8. Click "SUBMIT ATTACHMENTS" to complete the incident.

    Once received, we will examine your information and get back to you as soon as possible.
