    I'm viking since the beginning and didn't got the all the rewards, just the crates and the emblem outline, but not the head ornaments.

    Still no Reward - No Answer on Ticket

    Still no Reward and i made a Ticket on Mi, 26 Apr 2017 | 16:27 UTC+2!

    How long does the Support take to answer on that?

    Thats now 5 days!!

    I have done as this post said and opened 2 support tickets. It has been over 1 week and still the only response I get is "i have no further information on this issue. Why can't you just add the rewards to the accounts that have earned the rewards and not switched? Does it really take "Investigating" for over a week to figure that out? I am disappointed that all I get are generic open ended answers and none of the support can fix my problem.

    LOL thats so funny, The GENERIC ANSWERS. "Your case had been forwarded to the DEV team for further investigation" "Respond withing 4 days if problem was fixed"

    I filled out a ticket as well about a week ago and still haven't gotten a reply back. I only received crates. No emblem decorations or ornaments. I played all 5 rounds of the season as well as the open beta and closed beta. I was told to watch the forums for any updates. Interesting how ubisoft support tells us to come to the forums and the ubisoft staff here tells us to fill out a report in support. Who's going to be fixing this?
