My game is permanently stuck in 1280x720.

Doesnt matter if I try to go into Fullscreen or Windowed or Borderless it indefinitely stays in that resolution. Sad thing is the game was working fine and everything was ok the whole time yesterday. Shut down and turned off the computer just fine but boot up today and tried to open game and its stuck in small resolution regardless of what I try.

Have tried modifiying the GRW.ini file does not make a difference.

GPU is a AMD R9 Fury.
