Constant freezes and crash to desk top

Getting fed up with it, always happens at the most inconvenient time, and because of the save process means missions go back to the start.

Submitted support ticket and more crash reports than I can count.

PLEASE fix it! I have many AAA games none perform this poorly.

Hey Morgandj. I recommend if you haven't already, trying these steps and seeing if they help with your crashing. I also recommend if you haven't already, adding a MSinfo and DXdiag to your ticket for the fastest troubleshooting.

Yes submitted MSinfo and DXdiag TWICE! yes, closed most background programs but not all I am not going to nueter my computer for some game.

Ubisoft needs a reality check, I have most high level AAA games and they run without issue the new SGW3 which has just come out runs fine, This program also ran fine until Patch 2 and then 3 buggered it up. every crash suposedly send a crash report to you but you do nothing about it, support has responded to my ticket only to ask for another msino and dxdiag!

Verifying the game files seems to help for a short time but then the crashing starts again

I am not the only paying customer with this problem get on with it and fix it

I think there is something quite suspect with their in-game video. Perhaps a codec, or the player itself. I'm not sure, but I've renamed the various intro movie files as I'm using the uPlay version and can't use the -nointro switch like Steam users can, and since I've done that my game has been solid. The only time I get a crash, is if I go into the Skills tree, where on hover the skill shows a video. If I don't do that, i can play for hours.
