After we get gear at108, do we get any buff with rep upgrade leveling def, attack, etc??? Thank you!

From 3-30 there is nothing special that you get.

Ok i just had a match where RAIDER lvl 22 killed me with 2-3 powerful shots i played lawbringer, it seems indeed that some stats increase with time and rep going up?? It would be nice to have some feedback from devs or staff??? thank you!

Probably had 108 gear. You will see a significant difference when someone has 108 as opposed to not having it. But even a Rep 3 with 108 could impose the same damage.

No this is not a thing. Stats come from gear and the highest is a gear score of 108, available from Rep 3 onwards. You do not become more powerful beyond that. You may just have met a Raider with a maxed Attack bar or with an Attack boost, or both, something like that ...
