I've had a minor issue in game and thought I could just make a case and within an hour or so have it solved however I made the case at the support site on Friday and still haven't had a response from Ubisoft, even when I waited till Monday(today) to go on the chat service it isn't even available so how am I suppose to get this fixed when I'm not contacted and pretty much have no way to talk with Ubisoft this scares me for when I have a major issue with their games
Dude it took me 3 weeks to even get an answer after after 6 tickets and 100's of crying msgs on the forum. When i got an answer it was the most frustrating **** ever. They sent out an automated reply that didnt solve anything. Sent another one and asked specifically for not the dmz solution or the port forward bs or any of their fixes..They send me a mail with just what i did not want to read. Its literally the worst support in history of nigerian internetface scamming lol
