It's been months. P2P can work, although many would argue it's foolish to base a dedicated competitive game around it. Last 4 games, 2 disconnects at the very end. Please implement order credit throughout the match, not just the end. The way it is now, you lose the last 5-8 minutes of time because you receive 0 credit for the match.
Even better, fix the netcode. I'm a technician for a major ISP with 9 years experience, i've done port warding, dmz, you name it. The fault lies completely within the game design. Nearly unplayable months after release is beyond frustrating.
