Hi, after patch 3 the game runs really well, however there is one remaining crash which really gets in the way of things in the Skills/Loadout trees. In the Skills tree, I notice a significant pause when mousing over the different skills and the animation loads, sometimes up to 15 seconds. Sometimes it never recovers, it hangs indefinitely and I need to End Task on the grw.exe process. I can get this to happen every time:
1) Go in to the skill screen. Mouse over some skills in the Weapon tree, say about three different ones.
2) Switch to the Item tree and do the same.
3) Finally if you haven't hund already switch to the Squad tree and select a skill.
I've never managed to get further than three skill tree selections in this manner without a hang.
Last night I also experienced a hang in the Loadout page, whilst customizing a weapon. That was the first time that happened however, so it is far less frequent than the above crash which has thus far prevented me from levelling up any of my skills.

Definitely something dodgy with that skills page, specifically the Squad/Rebels tabs. I get a crash there every time at the moment when browsing skills.

Sorry to hear you're getting this crash issue. Try going through and verifying your game files via Steam/Uplay.
If the issue persists, then please submit a ticket with Ubi Support. Be sure to include a DxDiag file and an MSinfo file along with your ticket, as doing so will greatly assist the team in looking into your situaiton.

had a ticket open for 2 weeks now and keep getting told to do the same thing without sucess. game is broken and no refunds due to being digital content. good scam ubi****
