Hello respondents

Ever since For Honor was in my hands I strived to get all the trophies and so far I have got all the (currently collectible) trophies except one, the "Get Knighted" trophy. I originally saw in a post that a person claimed that they were missing a trophy, since I have the same problem I looked though the forum and found two responses by two different Ubisoft "Community Representative[s]". What one the community representatives said was to contact Ubisoft support with the topic of "Technical Support" since I'm missing a trophy I contacted support on the proper topic. Yet with the fact that I was told "We do not have the ability to force unlock trophies on accounts.". But before, I saw a person by the pseudonym of UbiJurassic said "Our Support team are the people you should talk to if you are having technical difficulties." and said by UbiNoty "If you're experiencing a bug with either this trophy, active duty, or another trophy - please report through support, as we are looking into it." So what I gathered is that I was told to contact Ubisoft support yet I was told soon after it was out of their hands. So I would like to know if I could possibly actually get help with this dilemma.
