Why dont we remove guns too, oh maybe we can sneak in bunny slippers and wield pillows. Did you even think this through or did you just post the first thing to come to your mind. I dont want to be mean to you but cmon man...really ?
MrBibbles and I both supported the opinion that the OP stated, so you might want to read first before attacking the OP. I am a 69% stealth player and fell below mid 70% just from playing with a friend who played aggressive and I still have no issue with that change. Neither would it make stealth pointless. It would just mean that lower caliber weapons need better aim - and the OP just asked for it on higher difficulties. You still have all the other advantages of stealth - picking fights, having time to aim,... but sure you could reduce the OP's statement to ridiculous oppinions and compare it 'let's remove guns'... best way to keep a conversation classy by posting the first thing that comes to your mind after reading half a post.

He is saying that stealth kills should be headshot one kill and grab kills. Shooting any part of the body on stealth shows no skill. Everything has to be catered. UBISOFT has no faith in the community. Everything has to be catered to the casuals.

I think I can see the point the OP was trying to make. I partially agree with the point he is trying to make and this is the reason why. Currently as many people have stated, certain weapons or weapon categories in particular can feel pointless when comparing to other weapons/categories. Implementing a "sponge" style to enemies when stealthed would actually add more tactical play. For example, we know that certain weapons are obviously meant to be better at certain ranges so introducing a "sponging" effect based on distance to weapon (based on stat/category) would make you think about what would be better for the situation. Would it be better to use that AR for a 1 shot @ 35m but create more noise or use the pistol and double tap for an almost silent kill. I believe if you did something like this it would bring more meaning to tactical use of weapons in cicumstances.

I would also love it if the enemies, when unalreted, would have, say, 50% of their health. not about 20%. so you can still take them down faster, allow for one shot long range sniping with a a more powerful weapon, but still require a better aim or more hits.

HOWEVER(!!!!!!!) for this to work and not break the game the AI detection rules need to change...

well, they need to change regardless.

If the AI becomes somewhat alerted than they know where you are immediately. they pretend to search (hunt) for you, but they know exactly where you are. this is a problem.
the rules of the AI should be simeple - if the AI goes from an oblivious state to a hunting state - they wont know where you are. they will take cover and their perception will be better.
if they start noticing you - THEN they will investigate. or "hunt". not before.

IF this is done, and only IF this is done, than a more normalized health to un-aware enemies will work. otherwise - stealth will be broken and nigh impossible.

Allthough I think the health when detected and undetected is very unbalanced I would hate to see your suggestion implemented.

Allthough I agree that a hit in the arm or leg should not kill the enemy in one shot, the possibility of not being able to one shot enemy's in stealth mode would really diminish my experience.

    So no thanks

I think that what's going on here is that we are debating 2 to 3 different topics because we are all reading posts or replies but understanding different things... kinda like when reading those blanket statements from UBI.

Its apparent you didnt read my post all the way. Im saying that shooting someone in the toe with a 9mm pistol and that being an instant kill is too easy. If you cant handle people pointing out casual dumbing down of a game to the point you start insulting people, Maybe a more casual game like call of duty would better fit your intelligence.

Also nobody gives two shi*s what you think either. Looking at your reply history, you are just a really bad troll. Nobody is taking you seriously

What they should really do is make this game more realistic... Ever play a hunting game like 'the hunter'. Shoot a deer with a 338 in chest cavity and it drops instantly. Shoot it with a 308 and it may run for 3 seconds and die. They need to impliment this in GRW. That would be awsome.

Example: Shoot someone in the leg, they'll take 30 seconds to bleed out. 556 to Chest? 3 seconds. Put a few more rounds to reduce the time. 3 round burst to the chest would still drop them instantly in this example. 308 to the chest maybe 1.5 sec bleed out, 2 in the chest if you want insta kill, etc... head shot = no bleed out time, instal kills. Anyways, hope you guys see where I'm going with this and these are just examples, so the times/ etc could be modified to be more realistic still.

This is basically how this game should be but they took to long to make the huge and vast world that they ran out of time to program the AI so they just threw something together and call it Ready to sell.
