That sniper I hit in the toe from 450m away that fell over like it was a head shot tho.

how comes, will the armor inflate just bcs he is aware the enemy is there? i wish this tactic would work in real life ,hehe jk
it does,,im talking from experience, and i highly doubt they researched this, but i've seen guys getting shot by pistols and keep running due to adrenaline in wounds that would normaly put them in the floor in pain, or getting shot by rifle and shooting back while fleeing becouse they consumed drugs before, they died shortly and some after going to hospital, but the thing is they still had strenght to flee or fight.

But in game mechanics, its just a bonus to players who play stealth obviously, and the game doesnt give xp bonus based on that. the way the AI alerts when being shot, even stealth they would imediatly alert everyone when shot.

I would like enemies to be a little harder to kill on extreme undetected but definitely not bullet sponges, how it should be is all headshots are a instakill but anywhere else should be a minimum 3 round burst from like the AK12 or P90 unless it's a heavy then it should be x2 3 round bursts, I think all handguns should be a doubletap to kill when at close range

I think 'bullet sponge' is being used TOO lightly. Even if it was 10 shots, which I find slightly exagerated, still worlds of distance to that Division thing.

This feature should be disabled on harder difficulties
Disable stealth instant kills ? right dude .... what would be the point of stealth then. Christ, every day someone comes here and propose such utter garbage for a idea and then someone comes back and seems to out do the one before. Why dont we remove guns too, oh maybe we can sneak in bunny slippers and wield pillows. Did you even think this through or did you just post the first thing to come to your mind. I dont want to be mean to you but cmon man...really ?

The way I read the opening post is that he/she just wants realistic damage models meaning that shots to the big toe aren't insta-kills during 'stealth'. There's no implication or mention of wanting bullet sponges.

OP has a valid point. They're not asking for The Division's bullet sponge crap, but the stealth / alert damage mechanic is entirely inconsistent. I've got targets in the hand, feet, arms, legs, stomach, and shoulders; all resulting in instant kills, because the guy wasn't alerted. Meanwhile, as soon as they're alerted, hitting them in those same areas won't kill them in one hit. That's freaking ******ed (Really? You have this word filtered? It's not even a swear word). Hitting them in those areas shouldn't result in an instant kill; all of this with the exception of a .50 cal, I suppose.
Thank God... I thought I was the only one that understood what the OP was trying to say.

Some people need to inhale before they read a post guns blazing LOL

This was some of the things I told UBI when trying the CB but I guess they saw nothing wrong with the mechanics or AI behavior.

I still think in stealth there should be one shots but only to the torso and head are. Shooting an enemy in the leg or foot should cause them to limp or not be able to stand, shots to the arm or hands should cause them to drop their weapons so on so forth.(of course calibers would have to play a role too

The low time to kill in Ghost Recon is basic stuff in every other GR title (except Future Soldier), The one shot one kill thing is a must in a Ghost Recon game, its worked on the original Ghost Recon, Desert Siege, Island Thunder, Jungle Storm, Advanced Warfighter, Advanced Warfighter 2. Future Soldier was a little different. And by the way, Wildlands is not military tactical realism, or anything like that. Its arcade as hell.

For me, the main problem is the alarm system, is very clunky, if you miss a shoot (or if the enemy dont die from your bullet), everyone knows where you are, and they just shooting at you in 1 second after you miss your shoot, with a f****ckin hitscan, 1xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx miles away.
