Same for me but who knows if or when that will happen. Changing the kick though could be an alternative to knock them back when the game mechanics just cant keep up with their attacks.Originally Posted by RenfieldX Go to original post
Actually it can be. Just unlock and roll away as soon as you get up.Originally Posted by Flyin Japman4 Go to original post
I need to correct you here. It is THE crappiest dodge in game. I mean: does anyone else have just a tiny step in some direction as a "dodge"?Originally Posted by kweassa1917 Go to original post
And though it is kinda possible to do side heavys -after- dodge kicking in - it is so unlikely and unreliably - i mean the risk getting a standart light heavy out of this or not dodging at all is just so freakin' high. So it is a side attack and no side dodge attack. The light side attack is completely impossible to incorporate with a dodge even (at least from my experiments). So Nobushi's dodge lets you dodge Valks sweep, yes. But so does Shugoki. However, Shug only dodges when he needs to dodge, he needn't try and side dodge attacks or the likes, besides, he got his super armor that helps when you mess up. Nobushi just has a crappy dodge and thats the end of it -.-
Before anyone posts or replies to a thread like this he should first study the attack animation lengths for all of the characters and guard stance change lengths as they really are and not how they appear to be.

Yeah....but I think not only frames/speed counts when we're talking about how easy is to fight against something. For example I have big problem with reading Conq and PK attacks so even if they slower or at the same level then let's say Raider I still miss block many times. And by reading I mean knowing how exactly attack looks like from the very beginning of the animation.
