I was getting frustrated on how to install this so I ended poking around Steam. I then noticed that it was re-downloading the 5.2GB patch from last week. Once it had downloaded and installed. I ran the game and now the option is working in the game

Just though this might help some of you out there

Under properties for the game on Uplay, can also just "verify files" - it'll grab what it needs and re-initialize DL.

LMFAO! #Facts Don't even bother with it seriously. He has a point. If you want to know what Narco Road is and save some time. Find a small trash basket in your house, take a big old turd right in it then reach in and grab it with your bare hand and throw it in the toilet. Because that is what Ubisoft just did to you. They crapped in your basket, made you pick it up and flush it.
