I do not know if this helps anyone but my Steam is re-downloading the last 5.2GB patch. It says I have Narco Road under the DLC option, shows as being Steam Store as Acquisition mode, but also shows as not installed. I was wondering whether I could view the Serial number and activate it in Steam. guess I will have to wait and see what the redownload does, if anything
