Plenty of Samurai were ninja's back in the day. Samurai is a social status, ninja is a profesion. It's just a spy from old Japan. So he would fit perfectly into the Samurai faction.

I get what you are saying.


In my mind though it makes for a much better story to see a Ninja working with the Knights or the Vikings out of greed or some spiteful backstory.

If any new hero costs more than 5k steel, I'm done. As fun as the game is when it works, anything more than 5k would be insane. It's why I don't play Siege anymore. Everyone else is playing the new operators and I can't even afford to buy one of them because they all cost 25k in game currency. Anything more than 5k in FH and I'm selling the game. Only so much greed I can handle,

I totally see where you are coming from and i do agree with you on this, but hence, some simple emotes cost more than 5k.

So sadly, i think you almost beg to be out of luck with the limit you set.

I agree 1000% but sadly I will be absolutely astonished if they are cheaper than 15k.

Like I said, there aren't any details I can release just yet regarding the release of the heroes. It's something you'll have to find out in time.

I do my best, but cookies are always a solid incentive to be on top of my meme game.

What you said isn't far off. Communications can get confusing. We should have more solid information for everyone regarding how the new heroes release will go in the coming weeks.

Oops. My bad for the mess. What UbiJurassic said is right. I meant that it's not related to the currently ongoing faction war. The heroes are related to the faction war, but the end of the current season doesn't necessarily indicate the start of the next right after. Sorry again!

The point is these new heroes won't have any extra benefit that the originals don't have. They'll all be balanced (I struggled to type that with a straight face) to be able to compete at the same level as the original heroes. So realistically they should also cost 500 steel. Anything above that is just being greedy because Ubi knows people will spend real cash just to purchase these heroes.

But you get the point that the new heroes will be offered in a free DLC? You don't have to buy the Premium Version like in Battlefield games etc. to get the new content. I get the point that the prices are an issue to be discussed, but calling Ubi greedy in this context is misplaced IMO.

Actually I prefer getting free DLCs, where I can simply play to unlock the new content, rather than having no other option than buying the Premium Pass or whatever.

Sure, I'd love to see cheaper prices for cosmetics etc. as well, but as long as they are provided for free, it's better this way than dividing the community in normal vs premium players.
