I got the same problem. I dont know if your problem is solved yet. Maybe you can help me if you had help with this.

My upgrade is stuck. The waiting time was over for the engine upgrade of my Jackal. Checkmark showed up as always...clicked it....and yes....that was two days ago I must have tapped that checkmark a thousand times now without any reaction! The upgrade just wont install, totally stuck in limbo.

No response yet from support. No response here on the forum.
