MC position or time does not improve after win
Hi all
I'm currently 406th at the MC on iOS. Despite beating my opponent twice (and thus improving my time), my position stays the same, and I would really hate to lose that top 1% spot due to some stupid bug.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks,
Jesper

I had that bug, too. It makes you think you're racing your next opponent, but actually it's your last one. So beating him actually isn't necessarily an improvement. Game corrected itself after a while.

I hope so!
It's been three days I beat my opponent, but nothing has happened. Then I did it again today...
Really hope you're right

Same here, I keep racing slow ghosts. Make a note of your time on the LB and make sure you beat that time...that should move you up the LB. Beating the assigned ghost doesn't guarantee that you'll improve your rank...because the assigned ghost is often incorrect. For me, it's been the ghost of a player just ahead of me on the leaderboard (but obviously an older/slower ghost from a previous run)

I had this bug for a while. My actual time was 22.144 on the leaderboard but the ghost I was facing was probably running about 23.0 . It's tricky to know that you not only need to beat the ghost but beat them by a substantial amount.
