How to fix the Turtle meta

Begin by increasing the damage you do on your opponent block:
    • When the turtle block your attack he takes low damage
    • When the turtle try to parry and fails, he takes damage

For now the stat "Damage on block" is useless, so no one is focusing on it, useless to spam attacks on a turtle, there is no reward for this

if you fail a pary you will be hitted. Fail for a faint result in an hevy attack.

It cant be fixed in that way

Chip dmg (when a heavy attack is blocked) is already in the game, but it is much to low to be of use.
The main problem in this game is, parries are much to rewarding!!
How could we fix it ?
    1. Maybe stamina cost on parry?
    2. Remove free GB from parry?
    3. Or make parry harder
