Greetings my fellow warriors and warrior maidens.
I love the warden - its my main hero and I play his without cheesing the **** out of the shoulder bash.
The wardens art style is great but some of the cross guards and hilts are over the top.
Best example is the bellius cross guard, which is one of the most realistic and beautiful ones. It is sleek, yet stable. The hilt looks great as well .... but .. but .. The owl is ridiculous.
Seriously ... You created a beautiful set and ruined it with an owl that spreads its wings. Nobody would ever and in any existing universe use a hilt, that is basically blocking your movements. It should be remodeled to have its wings closed. When it sits on the words hilt, with closed wings, it would look like its keeping watch with its never resting eyes.
Look at the engeram hilt to see how you can implement an animals head, without overdoing it.
You should "de-bulk" some of the more massive cross guards as well. Some of them look ridiculously heavy and impractical.
Now don't you dare complaining about the appearance of any of the animal-themed cross-guards and hilts on the Warden's sword - they are are all looking awesome and fine as they currently are.
From the Owl to the Hawk over the Aries to the Wolve, they all look super-nice and i spent ****loads of salvages to get each of them to 18, i swear if you touch them...
Well, different strokes to different folks, i usually agree with a lot of what you're saying/suggesting, since we both share the same platform, main-character, playing region and appearently even views on other things as well, yet here we differ.Originally Posted by DrExtrem Go to original post
But how about a nice compromise then - word has it that new gear is coming soon and i guess that involves new weapons and weapon parts as well.
So instead of messing around with the nice looking existing ones, how about a different Owl set in the upcoming Tier?
Btw. Gadwin looks fine as it is as well, seems to be inspired by the Mockingjay from the Hunger Games, at least that's what it reminds me of.
