Why give host to people who are going to rage quit? I go through the effort of getting executions only to have the host rage quit while I execute them and lose all my progress. Whoever decided to implement this hosting system is a ******. At least make it so the more often you leave/quit/get kicked, the less likely it is to pick you for host.
