Suuure they do... Probably the reason they nerfed PK's sidestep strike instead of adressing the zone flicker or her zone cancelling/lightspam.

And now they are changing the light spam, they look into everything as a whole. They nerfed side step strike because that was where it showed a lot of her damage was coming from. They didn't nerf lights too because they didn't want to nerf too much at once, like the Valk. They've said numerous times this is how it's done, not everything is a conspiracy.

Light spam,next patch (and it was peacekeeper mains as much as anyone who made noise on that), zone attack now non-exploitable in revenge mode, now punishable if the first part is blocked,now fixed so the UI indicator comes when it is supposed to, zone flicker on all characters, a future patch.Mind you I agree sidestep dodge was the wrong nerf and have said so since it was announced,just saying other stuff is being dealt with too.
