    Matchmaking Errors - Access to Duels Only

    Hi Everyone

    I have been searching on the web and through the forums for a while now. Just wanted to know if I am the only one having matchmaking errors? My NAT is set at open however I can't seem to get into any of the pvp modes except duel. The rest just time out with errors... Can't understand this since Dominion has the highest activity normally.

    No you are not the only one, I assume you are referring to 0002001512 error. Especially in some regions a lot of people have same issue. Ubisoft is currently lying about it, blaming it on host manually quitting.

    I filed an official complaint with Better Business Bureau, we will see if anything happens.

    Hi Fruity, what platform are you on? Also what region are you playing in?

    Have you tried opening a ticket with support? (going to move this over into community support)

    Hi There I am playing on a PC and currently reside in NZ. I will attempt to open a ticket.

    Thanks for that, I am actually getting the same error. My region is New Zealand, do you by any chance know which regions are heavily affected?

    Hope they sort this out soon.

    I am also NZ. I know a lot of Aussies who has the exact same issue, as well as South Africans and South Americans. Some regions around Russia seems to have the issue as well.

    Do not bother with ticket. I have one opened back in February for it. Still open, they tried to blame it on my ports/IPS; then I supplied proof that it was not the case (Im in Christchurch with that new 200mbps Fibre Connection from Vodafone) and then they stopped responding.

    They know they are lying about this particular error. I already filed an official complain,I will sometime share a how to guide for doing same for others with this problem.

    Та же проблема.Не находит игроков в любом режиме кроме дуэли.В остальных режимах долго ищет ,а потом выкидывает с ошибкой, Живу в России .nat зеленый .Может кто подскажет и много ли нас таких?

    Hi Mynban

    Thought I would just let you know, my game seems to be able to access Dominion now. I have not thoroughly tested it nor am I quite sure why it started working suddenly, however the only changes I can confirm was that the activity level was on 'Very High Activity' rather than the usual 'High Activity'. Lastly the only major change to my PC was the creators update that was installed on Windows 10. Personally I don't believe either of those things made a difference however I thought I'd put it here anyway.

    I am also based in Christchurch, currently on a standard ADSL Bigpipe connection.
