A little about the Knights
Hey Ubisoft people. If you really read everything, you know that you disapointed me to a point of no return with this game.
I will never every buy one of your games again. But I like the concept of the game for honor.
So here are (again) some things you should work on. I keep it so short, I only tell you the most annoying stuff that i recently noticed), so you will not get cnfused and forgett everything, so we (KNIGHTS) end up with no improvement at all again.
You made your Point on the Berzerk, Valkyr and SHugoki, and Warlord. They rule! THey are fantastic and easy to win with.
And wow, what fancy armor they get..
Speaking of the Knights: they start pretty "knight-like", with kinda dark and dirty, gloomy, threatening designs.. good job - so far!
But wow, they turn into a Walt-Disney/Barbie theme Prince sh*t.. all fantasy and ugly. I think you would do good, if you change the high level equipment looks, to even MORE threatening, dark, dirty like the one you start with (as a knight, you remember?) Not all this Narnia Children looks.
Second thing about the playability.
OF COURSE are Knights heavy and limited in their movement, due to those armors.. BUT logically, think about it: why did you make them slow and "heavy" like these pixels wear real armor, but on the other hand don't give them the benefits (protection) that come with this "burden".
You only implemented the disadvantages of the armors, giving Samurai and Vikings a big advantage in speed/moveability... BUT you have to give the Knights some benefits in return!
Most logically what comes first to mind, would be something like less damage.. which those armors are made for..
Which brings me to my last part: Warden and Concquerer ( I play most, so i can talk about them most)
Facing ANY other class makes you feel like your glued to the ground. Every click, either on mouse for attacks or Keys for moving take seconds to beeing executed by the Character.
While you beeing slashed by a berzerk either with two heavy hits (yes that happened) or with dozen of circleing light attacks, you just can watch yourself die.
Sometimes shoulderbashes connect, but until your Warden or Conquerer lifts his weapon the effect of the bash is long gone and the opponent is already waiting with a Block and parry.
Which makes shoulderbashes completely useless.
The Warden seems to be the slowest hitter in the game. Which obviously should be the shugoki, for he holds the heaviest weapon. But the shugoki is really fast in comparrison.
When you want to make a few steps around your opponent as a warden it takes "years" of pressing a key. That is a absolute unsatisfying game experience!
so please, use your brains and investigate these situations, and find a solution to this..
