I live in Iceland.

Every time I search for a game I have to wait for "All regions" and "All skill levels". Then 20 second after I find my match. This complete process takes 2-3 minutes and is a bit annoying to wait each game.

In closed beta I found games almost instantly. I remember it being an issue that if I hit quick match by mistake I could never cancel before I found a match.

I have also noticed that when it is late in Europe but prime time in America I never ever get games in East Coast America even though I have decent ping there. Instead I usually get East Europe with almost 2x worse ping then America would.

Every Icelandic player I have come across in game has this same issue. Hope you guys can get your network guys to look into it for us :/

I live in Canada and have the same experience. I kind of wish they would just skip the middle man, and begin matchmaking at "all regions," and "all skill levels."

Yeah ok, maybe it is just a problem for everyone near the edges of their pre-set regions. Don't understand why it doesn't just search around ping times. Like they had to move some African or Asian countries to Europe and stuff. Seems they are making this more complicated than it needs to be, but then again I'm not a network engineer
