    What about a Dominion set of orders to play class as they are intended?

    Assassin: capture zones and kills 1v1
    Heavy: Defend zones and help heroes
    Vanguard: kill soldiers and kills heroes 1vX
    Hybrid: mix up from above orders.

    The order could be "gain 500 rep with your class bonus" so people see how each hero earn more reputation in games playing each hero role

    I also think that the loyalty bonus should increase over time for the player remaining loyal to their faction during that season on a per round basis. After season ends, loyalty bonus resets for next season.

    Just my two steel here...

    I got one. Maybe faction based event orders where a certain faction has to achieve the objective before the others do. Maybe even having it to where you have to kill members of opposing factions. Things might be a little weird with the factions having different numbers of people though.

    Something placing more emphasis on the factions would be nice though.

    Defender: Kill 25 Players while defending a point in Dominion.
    Tour of Duty (Vanguard etc): Complete 1 match for each game type as a Vanguard etc. (Yes i know this name is taken, change that one, it doesnt fit.)
    Active Duty: Manually deploy Assets 10 times.
    Savior: Prevent X executions. (Low number though.)
    The Watch: Earn 200 Renown in a match by boosting points 25 times. >:[
