    Flicker solution

The flickering is an issue and there is an easy solution for it.

First lets look how it works, you press light attack slightly before heavy. This is easy to do, in fact so easy that some people do it without meaning to do it. I play orochi and people said that I do flicker, when I never really even tried. If your timing on pressing those is not perfect, you will flicker.

The solution for it is to add zone attack button, just one button, it can be anything and the problem solved. It can be assigned to mouse 4, or any keyboard key.

Flickering, unlocking attacks, softfeints will not be fixed. It's cheap, """""it's part of the game.""""" and ppl exploit the **** out of this because they're too lazy to win legit. On top of it after 2 months i'm getting tired of winning/losing only by the holy parry without even using the kit of my hero. I'm gonna move on, nobody will miss me and neither do i.

I fear indicator flickering will not be resolved easily since the timing on the animation is so strict.
Changing input is a good idea but some classes have already all useful key binded.
Unparriable unlocked bug hopefully will be fixed soon. A lot of players abuse this bug.

When zone attack could only be executed from the guard stance where it starts, there would be no flicker...

Not to throw a spanner in the works, but what's that button going to be on Controllers for Console players?

Map it to something harmless like Feint+Move Backwards.

This has been discussed before. There are some real players like Ruikio up at Ubi HQ this week helping suggest fixes to bugs like this and helping with balance issues in the game.

That being said, the single button input was suggested and not taken too well because it's a little more complicated with controllers.

The suggestion I made was Feint + Heavy. If feint is pressed before heavy it is zone if it is after heavy than it is an actual feint. Also suggested was Feint + light but feint would have to be before the attack again.

    Oh no ... a mini-task force?

If pro players start to balance mechanics and heroes based on the pc experience, we are doomed.

    ... At least on console.
