    I think it's a pretty good balance idea that will just put the risk needed on dodging.

    Why haven't you try this on the conqueror before adding this really punitive nerf on his shield bash ?

    Orochi useless? I main Law, Orochi always spamming with light attack and my Law can't block once because of his guard stance pretty slow, you want Orochi to get buff? Don't kidding me dude.
