hey ya wanna blame a game dev because some idiot mad a god mode cheat and trainer program .. blame the idiot who dl the trainer an used it

you think MP cheating is a new thing .. ? i think ya need to wake up

    and this is old news

    http://kotaku.com/top-counter-strike...and-1662810816

bottom line if ya make a PC game ppl will cheat ..its sad but true

get over it and only play with ppl that do not use cheats..no ubi cant add anti cheat to a game that can be circumvented by idiots who dl new cheats every day

you dont think they are out there ..try google .. you'll find cheats and trainers for every new game ..before it even ships !

how can a game dev project or predict that ?

are you even serious? you're basically saying cheaters are a thing that all mp players need to accept say it out loud to yourself and think again.
of course Ubisoft isn't responsible for cheaters. it's responsible for eliminating them from the game. for creating an effective system that helps handle chaters. like VAC.
I think most know KQLY's case. He's on a big VACation now and banned forever from championship. Such thing isn't happening in Ubi's games. They ban cheaters for 3 days, lol.
how can a game dev predict that people will cheat? again, are you even hearing yourself? at this point I see you as a big fool.
of course a mp game dev needs to think about a system for handing cheaters. doesn't matter if it's in the game, or outside - it needs to be effective. for now - we're sending reports the way ubi gave us and nothing is happening to OBVIOUS cheaters - like 400% speedhack. we're not talking about small aim assists like KQLY's

I'm not sure if I'm ever going to buy a ubisoft game and I would recommend everybody not to do that too, because I can not understand why it's so difficult to ban a player that has been reported multiple times with video evidence and everything. I love Far Cry 4, I love all Far Cry games, but nowadays it's almost impossible to play a few rounds without having cheaters ruining the game. It's sad that such a big developer like Ubisoft still isn't investing in a decent anti cheat system. Reacting on cheating reports would be the easiest step to go, but it seems like even that is too much for them. And by reacting I don't mean sending me a prewritten message telling me that the report is going to be checked - NO - I mean taking actions. Banning players. Far Cry 4 has 2 very active cheaters and banning them wouldn't be such a big thing, so come on, do something Ubisoft. Care about the players, not about the money.

the problem lies within the trainers that are out .. ..all a player has to do is press two keys or create a macro key bind to shut them on and off at will

there is no anti cheat in FC 4 ..and there also is no client side server admin commands in the engine

if you see cheating going on contact Ubi support via twittter ..and do not name and shame .. have proof

again i do not condone cheating nor the fact this game has no way of the user setting up their own server the way things used to work with older games a looong time ago
but that only led to less sales of a game an pirate servers ..so it is what it is

i suggest ya contact a community manager ..they are listed at the bottom of the forums

but there is nothing they can do as the idiots who write the hacks will recreate new ones ..

that's absurd... first we shall write to the forum, then we shall use the support-ticket, after this we shall use the forum again, now you tell us we shall better use twitter?! Afterwards we shall write some letters and launch signal rockets?
...and concerning game and cheaters: if I construct a car and forget both steering wheel and brakes, i cannot simply say: "uh, there are evil trees outside but that's not my problem...".

Well if you can't do anything bout cheaters pwning the multiplayer, you damn as well dig up a grave for yourself... coz if you don't "heed" us it practically means ur supporting the wrong side, the modders... or maybe you don't care bout a customer when he's already bought the game... mind me to NOT buy any UbiSoft game anymore....

    We are all in agreement:

    1. We have a great multiplayer game
    2. Cheating is too easy
    3. Cheaters are ruining this great game
    4. Ubisoft (has proven) they don't care !!

Ubisoft needs to engage a partner company such as Battle Eye to stamp out cheating, or ban accounts, or let them come up with an alternative.

I cannot believe that they still look to improve certain parts of FC e.g. the Chat GUI, but refuse to work on the main issue which will ultimately see them lose customers.
