Just Dance Unlimited is missing after I had it!
Last year my dad (he doesn't have Ubisoft account) bought me the JD 2016 golden edition throught his account at the XBOX website. It includes 3 months of JD unlimited, I checked if I have it, and yes I had.
As the time passes I still didn't activate my VIP because of a lot homeworks, thing to-do and another annoying the things. throught the time I didn't activate it.
and than, my vaction started, I had a lot of free time. I opened the game, went to the JD unlimited activation, the consumable was missing (but I HAD IT!).
It is no longer available, it gone, it missing!!! My assumption was because of the moving to JD2017, you may updated your consumables and all of this.
I was so angry!!!! I tried to contant you, what a surpise, you reminds to answer my question only 2 months after I request help. WHAT A SHAME!
and another shame : you told me to contact the microsoft support... I got the help of the *super nice* helper at the XBOX support team for 1 hour.
they told me that it isn't in their control... and I should contact you. As I saw from another people here, is it true that the VIP available only per 1 account! That's so annoying. My dad doesn't play the game! Why should he get the JDU?! anyways, I want my consumable back!!! In your answer I don't want to here even 1 time the word 'Microsoft'!!
Please support faster as you can, my vacation is almost finished!!!!! I am so angryyyyy
