I don't mind going up against a team of high level players but when I get matched up with 1 other person that is a low level character and barely geared with 2 bots and not even a full team I don't even wanna play...

the matchmaking is horrendous, please allow the game to actually find sufficient amount of players before a match starts that way you can atleast have a full team of players on both sides, because bots are crap. They have no strategy and you cannot communicate with them other than for revives and most the time they won't even respond to that
