I mean it is a joke that you only get 30 steel from these matches, And I dont want to play Gan(g)bang(4v4). Please Ubisoft make it like 75-100.

Don't abuse the steel economy, they've increased steel rewards recently. Otherwise, no life players will get 10k steel everyday. It is fine the way it is.

I think across all gamemodes there should be steel awarded for how long the match is. So, the longer the match the more steel.

Some duels especially would benefit from this. I've had matches against Conquerors and Lawbringers that last almost 15 minutes yet the steel rewarded is the same. Not worth it really haha.
