PS4 Bug: Armor, Tabards, Emblems and Tattoos turning White

I've been noticing on PS4 that sometimes for no apparent reason armor parts, tabards, emblems and tattoos are turning white. At first I thought it was some kind of special game event or something, but I saw in the Closed Beta forum that somebody else experienced this issue on XBox. The tattoos are especially noticeable, because instead of the normal symbols they're just white rectangles on the characters. This is not just happening to my Warden (whose helmet visor, pauldrons and emblems all have turned into frosty blocks of white) but also happens to other players, both teammates and opponents alike. Everyone looks like they just got out of a snowstorm.

What's even odder is that the issue comes and goes. Sometimes I'll play for long periods and it will randomly start happening, first with little flecks of white all crackled across these areas, until it suddenly becomes full-fledged white all over. Sometimes it goes away if I just restart my PS4, but I just now turned on my PS4 and was surprised to find the white is STILL there and had not gone away.

If I were to guess, it's like there's some kind of transparency issue on the images being used for the textures and symbols, causing the white part of the background that would normally be interpreted as transparent to instead show as all white.

    Hi there!

Thanks for telling us about this! I'll have it investigated.

Does anyone else get the same bug?

    Thanks!
