AFTER THE MISSION EL SUEÑO PROPOSITION THE PART WHEN THE GHOSTS DECLINED, I CAN NOT PLAY ANYMORE BOSSES MISSIONS, NO MORE YELLOW FILES, NO MORE BOSSES, ALL I CAN SEE OR PLAY IS THE REGULAR OPEN WORLD. I NEED HELP GHOSTS!!!

No he is saying the INTEL for those other missions won't even show up but they did. So he never got to play them or collect them to get the boss in those specific territories. Sounds like his game glitched out. If he is on the PS4 I have had this crap happen with all kinds of issues with this game. I had to rebuild my database and things were back to normal.

maybe a glitch, visit here and see if they have any solution.
