I pre-ordered the game specifically to get the Crusader colours, but they have no disappeared. I hope this wasn't intentional.
If something is missing that was there previously, please report it to support and we will look into it.
I have, but the best I got was that it was being moved up. The pre-order colours that I paid for are still missing though.
