1) Final Argument: the finishing Heavy should be Unblockable. It's predictable and slow anyways, so we should get the chance to land it every once in a while.
2) Charged Heavy Attack should drain your stamina up to a certain point, let's say, 50%. Then it would stop draining it. This would diffuse situations where the opponent simply walks away from the Charged Heavy. "You can walk away, boy, but I'm still gonna be here waving my flail around till you come back. And you _will_ come back."
3) Extra feature (!!!): since the Conq carries a big *** shield around, there could be an option to use it when you are on the ground. Make a new move that allows the Conq to mitigate incoming damage while he is on the ground.
