Videos (to spin the loot wheel) not giving rewards | Forums

Hello,
hope this is the correct forum section.
Running the game on IOS
After last update, I get tow different type of videos when I want to spin the loot wheel for the second time (or to receive fuel, diamods etc)




This one works fine ad gives the reward



This kind of video does not give me any rewards. At the end of the video nothing is given
Am I missing something?

Same here.

The 2nd type of video (usually with a larger white countdown circle in lower left corner) seems to be related to TapJoy offers. I say that because those videos are the same ones that play when you explicitly try to watch a TapJoy video offer.

I was getting no TapJoy offers for several months. After the last 'strengthening' update, TapJoy offers returned...but the reward system is broken. No rewards for any TapJoy offers. As a result I don't watch any more ads (no respins) unless I'm forced.

This seems to be fixed with update 5.0.0.

The TapJoy videos still don't give any rewards...but they seem to have vanished from the respin section (so now I can actually use the respin feature)
