So my fiancé's new game on my Xbox one, somehow merged with mine. I still have my weapons and 109% destabilization, but my map, level, skills, and kingslayer files have been reset back to start. Anyone know of a fix? I contacted ubisoft support and it's been several days and nothing. They just keep giving me the same copy paste responses. They haven't even offered to compensate the people affected. And I don't mean money, I mean skill points, xp boosters, and in game resources. It'd help get us back to where we were. I was level 30 and almost maxed out skills. Now I'm leveling up at a snails pace because all the missions I have to redo I've technically beat already. So I'm getting a fraction of the xp. Even with boosters I've taken out his security and production again and I'm only level 7.

The short story is two people can't play on the same console, the lower ranking player will reset the other...your attributes are still there but you can't see them, and your map resets as well...
There are two other threads like this with basically the same name, your not alone.
I believe most of us have filed a service ticket, mine is a week old now with no resolution yet.
You should start a service ticket as well to help promote this as a growing issue.
You will be given a work around, to delete your local saves on the xb1, this does not work.
Finally, yes this sucks.
