Yup. Unlocked it in the Uplay Rewards and guess what: I still hasn't unlocked in-game. The same for my Division reward.

how are the missions? i didnt participate in the open or closed beta.

If you played the full game before the 31th of March, you should have it.
The missions are lackluster:
1. Interrogate a person in a sniper tower on a Unidad base.
2. Steal a person from a Unidad convoy.
3. Kill the boss in a base with Unidad and Santa Blanca against each other.
