So there is a Hunt Lodge West Itacua. It has some thing to tag. Green arrow thing. When you get there you can't get into the Lodge, the door won't open and you can't tag the green thing.

Fair enough, they slowly unlock I get it now, I've got two main story missions for this area left, but I've done all side missions and got all Intel and skill points, that's what was throwing me off....
