    LOL. Just got a response from front-line support telling me that they don't even know if I can get my stuff back.

    UBI SUPPORT DOESN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF THEIR OWN SUPPORT CAPABILITIES.

    ... and I can't respond because the ticket still resolves to a 404 error.

    I at least got a laugh out of it.

    As for the other bugs that prevent me from playing or posting to the forum using my original account... we'll see I guess.

    Great, thanx.

    It looks like I am able to view my support tickets as well now. Not sure if that was related to the same issue. Not that I'm getting anywhere with them thought. No gamer should lose money due to a failure in development and testing.
