    Shadow banned for complainign about support?

    My other account seems to be shadow banned. If I post and log out I can't see any of my posts.

    I'm curious to know what I have said here that would warrant it?

    I can only imagine that it has to do with me calling out support and being critical of how the support and game testing is managed. And why shouldn't I be critical? I've spent way too much money on this game to have my game assets removed only to have support tickets closed without a fix or communication. Millions of coins, hundreds of gems, and plenty of real world $$$s unfairly lost.

    Does UBI support or the community managers have the integrity to share some light on this or will this account be banned without any communication or justification as well?

    Thanx for letting me know.

    I just want the things I legitimately earned (and paid for). It shouldn't take weeks and multiple support tickets that get closed without actually resolving the ticket. Meh.

    this forum is weird and old. i hope your issue gettin fixxed.

    Hi shfing2 – This has nothing to do with you being critical, it’s mostly due to the usage of certain keywords that might have been picked up as spam. This happens automatically though, so we would be unaware until you tell us about it. We have your original Ubisoft Account id now, so don’t worry, we’ll investigate this issue further.

    Cool. I'm sure you can understand why I would think it's odd that a shadow ban is triggered by a SPAM filter on an aged account with pretty average language. I'd love to know what triggered it, not that it would be sensible to tell me or anyone.

    Thanx for looking into it.

    I just went to check my ticket to get a references number and it goes to a 404. It also seems that all previous tickets resolve to 404 errors. It's been weeks and I just want the stuff I earned from the event the bike upgrades that cost me actual money.

    This happened to Defoliator back when the forum was originally migrated to this POS. He was perma-banned for posting world record vids.
