You can't say something need a rework without even point the flaws.
Conqueror is strong, the point I think is unfair is how the hero cannot feint but can be parried. I never played one, so I don't know if the full guard cancel is a viable way to feint, and I plan soon start to try it myself (for while I really enjoy just my main). I imagine if you feint with full guard and block the enemy parry attempt, you can punish as well.
The problem I see is most Conquerors have no mixups, even the hero offering it. When I watch the tutorial videos for Conqueror I can imagine a lot of combinations to deceive my opponent, some which really need practice, reason why I didn't tried it myself yet.
