Can anyone recommend a half headset I can use for rainbow six with a microphone for the PS4? My budget is quite small (less than £50) so I understand I won't be able to get a headset with the best of quality.

As your budget is very low but still you can get better gaming headset as well. I have tested razer Kraken pro which is one of the best gaming headset in this range of price you can go with them. Here you can see recomended list of gaming headset 2017 from listsplash.com.

Hello, how are you doing? I hope you already bought the headset for yourself, but if you didn't here is my two cents.

First of all, you can buy a decent gaming headset that will serve you for a fair period of time for a low cost. I currently own HyperX Cloud that I paid around 50$. Right now, I really love company named SADES. They are manufacturing very good headsets with an innovative design but also a decent quality.

CloudX is a perfect headset for a low cost because it's compatible with PS4, Xbox One and PC without any converters. Also, these headset is very comfortable for longer gaming sessions. Let's say you could easily play 4 - 5 hours in one site without discomfort on your ears. I advise you to check the list of cheap gaming headsets for very good information about different models of gaming headsets.

I was looking for a cheap headset recently as well, and found the Afterglow lvl3 in GameStop. It was about $30, and has two ear pieces so that you can use sound for locating enemies in-game. I would suggest it if you can find it.
