    Match making fails/ constant disconnects

I live in Sydney Australia. I can't seem to get into any games after 11pm. I would wait in the "matchmaking searching" for 5mins and it would time out with error 0002001512. The status is "very high activity" but I still can't get a game. Only dominion seems to work. I've only ever got into skirmish once and elimination a handful of times. You have a great game but I can't even play it! Even if I do get a game it would disconnect about 40% with the usual error message. Can we get any confirmation or acknowledgement that you guys are looking into it or at least trying to fix it?

Fellow NZ player here. Pretty much the same issue. But it is not 5minutes it is 240 seconds (4minutes), exact timing of the 0002001512 to pop and fail matchmaking.

Sadly NO, they are not fixing or even acknowledging this error. They claim it happens when host manually quits. At this point seeing how incapable their dev team is, even from just identifying a very commonly complained error after 2 months.. Oh also their technical solution to this error is "Please try queueing again"

I have been writing an official complaint to local customer rights association and BBB, I will send this or next week once finished properly.

I'm also playing out of Sydney and sadly it's becoming evident that this error is due to low pop meaning it fails to find enough players to form a match or there's something very broke with matchmaking. It seems that Ubi's support doesn't acknowledge either, so I doubt we'll see a fix unfortunately.

I just hope season 2 brings some players back, that's our only hope. But as it stands, I only play dominion during peak hours as that's the only mode i can find games with the shortest wait time. I don't bother launching the game during off peak hours unless I have some AI orders to do.

I doubt there are not 5 (FIVE for f***'s sake) other people to form a lobby; since 6+2 bots forms a lobby. I would think there would be 5 other guys in my city alone since we have a university and tons of gamers here. Unless their stupid matchmaking is trying to restrict me to my street or something...

This is definitely a matchmaking netcode error. If you are correct and there are not 5 other guys in whole NZ+Pacific islands+AU+ some costal Asia... then this game is more ***ed up then I thought..

Well if I check the current Steam numbers, there's only 2,833 playing right now world wide. Of course Steam doesn't make up all PC numbers, but that's seriously low for a game like this. You also have to remember that all the players are split up into differing game modes. Then you also need enough people in your specific region looking for a match at the same time you are. It's practically impossible for me to find a game of 4v4 with people during the day, but after work hours I can usually find a game of dominion at least. This is what leads me to think that it's due to low pop. If they left the player count in the game, I wouldn't be second guessing all this.

They're also trying something new with their P2P system they've implemented for this game as well, so no doubt they're netcode is not up to scratch either. I mean the game is filled with bugs, I'm sure their netcode is too.

I've started getting 1512 the last few days as well. Didn't know the cause, but it seems to start popping up around 10pm AEST.

    Not a good sign.

    Matchmaking broke

I am in Melbourne and this error has been happening this past month for me down here. Occasionaly I can find a match in 1v1.
But matchmaking for Domination and every other mode searches forever and then cuts out with 0002001512.

This is ridiculous. On day one this all worked and was loads of fun. Now it's unplayable!

I bought a month Legendary Status 3 weeks ago which I have not been able to use at all. Constantly trying.

I have spoken to 2 people at Ubisoft, one said they cannot reimburse my spent credits as 'goodwill' the other said it's a known
    error they are looking into.

Point is, it's not goodwill to reimburse someone with the 'extra' money they spent on the game getting something they can't use.

Your matchmaking is broken, you need to fix your servers. This is bullsh*t.

I find it hard to believe that they don't know what this error is. I'm sure they have a very good idea, but probably in their best interest to continue to ignore it.
