You can roll Out Of it, if you have a Class with dash light attack you dash attack if you predict it.

Play shugoki Spam devils rush cancel it then heavy. Just counter cheese with harder cheese.

Holding solidly to game mechanics, you simply need to dodge left/right around it.

Given, the headbutt is fast and difficult to predict - but, it's just as easily handled as Conq's shield bash or Ward's charge.

Just a lil sidestep.

I dont recommend sidestep, a good warlord mix up headbut poke with guardbreak so better to dashattack or roll away.
