    Why no Chinhooks?

I know CH-47s aren't really stealthy, but I'd personally love to have the option to fly them. Maybe have to steal them from unidad. It's not unrealistic a country like Bolivia would have them. Even better is if you can drop the back ramp and roll Humvee or some kind of vehicle in them. It be pretty sweet in my opinion to drop in on a Lz drop the ramp and roll out in a vehicle with your squad. Just a suggestion. I'd pay for a DLC pack for it.

They are probably not in game because Chinooks are used for moving heavy equipment or large groups of personnel. Though you could argue that the cartel might use them, they most likely are not as commonly used as smaller helicopters and aircraft. They are not fast or easily maneuverable, they don't blend in and are difficult to hide.

Teams like the Ghosts would most likely infiltrate the area of operations unnoticed and commandeer what is needed from said area as opposed to going in full on invasion style. Can you imagine trying to hide a Chinook from radar? That thing is a beast.

The Chinook is the fastest military helo in the world and the 2nd fastest helo, overall, in the world.

Otherwise, I agree with you. It isn't exactly ideal for covert ops. Although, I do love the idea of doing an airdrop with 3 operators on dirtbikes or towing a RHIB or an MRAP anywhere in the country. That would be rad. EDIT: Or, I should say, it WOULD be rad, if they ever fix the flight controls.

Speaking of Helicopters..Some missions say to steal a Helicopter, once stolen where do I have to take them? Nothing appears to give me any indication of what to do?

There should be a green arrow on the map indicating your landing zone. Do you have markers turned off?
