While playing, I have unlocked some customizations that had not even previously seen in the customization lists. Things like Oakley Blaze sunglasses, Sapper backpack and light hunting jacket. But I have seen images of players wearing additional items, like a Japanese rising sun tattoo, Under Armour ball cap, and a cut off shirt, that I do not have access to, even though I've done everything possible that I can think of to unlock additional items. I've completed everything in the game, all missions, side missions, all collectables, and even all but two achievements, since I only play solo. So my question is, are there more customizations that can somehow be unlocked in the game, or are there only the stuff coming down the pipe, as part of the paid DLC's?

There are some things that you unlock by playing through the story. There are some that you have to buy via micro transactions. But it is all cosmetic crap so it's not crucial the the performance of your character. If you edit your appearance and hover your mouse over them it will tell you on the upper right in text what you have to do to unlock each thing you don't have.

I realize that, but like I said, there have been several items that didn't even show up on the customization page, even as locked, until I somehow unlocked them. So I just want to know if there are additional hidden items in the game, that I have yet to unlock? Or if every other customizations, including the ones that I've seen in pictures, will be part of future DLC.
