Request for the addition of a few options in the settings menu

Like the title says, I'm just asking for a few options so people can toggle on/off... And if implemented, I promise to never bother you guys again lol.

First, start with AI squad, I think that there's just to much problems with them, so I'd like a setting for basic command orders which I think would immensely help deal with them. The controls stays the same for rebel support, but for the AI squad would be the same press and hold R1 and a combination of Triangle = Go to, Square = Attack, Circle = Cover me and X = Regroup. I play on PS4 so I don't remember the corresponding buttons on Microsoft systems, sorry.

Second request, realistic enemy spawn, when entering combat it's really annoying how close they appear out of nowhere, so realistic spawn would make them spawn at least 400m away, I don't mind them coming in bigger numbers (If that's even possible lol) but I just don't want to see them appearing out of thin air around me, and specially not 2 feet away. I think that might even help on the whole "Come straight at my location" problem.

Third, detection mode, what would it do is, when flying enemy aircrafts like Unidad helicoptes = to no detection. I'm about to finish the game and before starting another character playthrough or re-doing missions, I just want to enjoy the scenery a little, there's a lot of really cool and detailed places I want to see and just don't want to be bothered.

Ok, I tried to keep it as basic and simple as possible, I already enjoy the game as it is, and if those three little options gets implemented, I can honestly say: For me, the game is absolutely perfect.

One little DLC request though, DSR-50, I don't mind a re-skin of the HTI, maybe make an Antimaterial package with a DSR-50, M82 or M107, AM50 and think a lot of people would like that.

Thanks, the game is already amazing

Second & third request should probably be more tethered to the difficulty setting.

I would like the enemy spawns to be further away (especially the cars). Seeing them just appear is a bit naff.

I would like to see it as an option mostly because it of players preference, some might be fine with the way it is now, so options wouldn't be forced on them like related to the difficulty would. I personally don't like seeing enemies spawning around me at 2 feet away, it's weird and even irritating some times. The SAMS I can totally dodge their rockets, but I think when you're flying one of the Unidad aircrafts you should get a free pass, just like when driving one of their vehicles you get gates to open. I do know about all the aerial regulations, but in a place where military helicopters are already flying all over the place, I don't think that they'd check all of their own aircrafts, plus it's a game and a little bit more freedom is always good. In a game with the map this big, I don't want to be engaged in combat all the time

I want a setting that turns off AI Teammate chatter. Situational stuff is fine when it's like "spotted a tango over by the minigun" and stuff like that. It's the other chatter I get tired of hearing.

Maybe an option to completely get rid of them would work, since 70% of my irritations with the game is related to their inability to watch your back when entering Engaged combat, it really irritates me how they let enemies drop you while standing right next to them or you, they have absolutely no reaction to the game they're simply drones, and aside from sync shot they're completely useless. Actually even sync shot fail in the worst possible times, sometimes they go on the whole: I have a shot, No I don't have a shot, ready, no no I don't have a shot, all that while the enemy is standing on the other side of a window or something. I wanted to play as a sniper but that is impossible if playing solo, because you pretty much have to run around doing everything, so I think the least the AI could do was to watch your back. I really don't care about difficulty, but I "DO" care about a little realism, and I'm sure as hell when things go south a squad of soldiers won't let their fellow squad mate gets shot to pieces (Even if it's their squad leader or even if they're eye balling his wife lol). I don't want to sound harsh because aside from a few problems, I think this game is amazing, I absolutely love it, but the few little things starting to grow on my patience

That is absurd. Get in a vehicle with a mounted gun, drive into a base and tell them to fire. Move the vehicle around so they can shoot the enemies, and they'll clear the whole base for you. People keep saying they're useless buy I find plenty of uses for them and they do a good job in a firefight.

You're kidding right? Jump in a vehicle and enter a base guns blazing just to find use for the AI squad? Sorry but no, thanks, everyone should definitely play how they want there's absolutely no doubt about it, but the option you gave me doesn't qualify for my play style sorry. But still, thanks for pointing that out, all I'm asking is for options that can be toggled On/Off because I'm pretty sure other people would probably play the way you just mentioned. Actually my first idea wasn't even about removing them, but to give us a faster and basic command prompt, I don't know if you read this in my first post, if you didn't just check it out, I think it might solve many problems AI squad related

I agree that they should improve on the AI command structure, but don't agree that they're useless as it is.
I get what you're saying, but I usually play solo even knowing I have the AI with me, I just ignore them most of the time, because I don't think that they're reliable. When they get you back up is because you already fell "because" of them, and that's what irritates me. I guess another simple fix for them would be a settings option for "Realistic" AI squad, that would put them in "Cover me" mode full time, once I get shot they'd enter stealth return fire on attacking enemy target, and if I remove suppressor on my weapon they'd go full attack mode, I think that would make them seem a little more alive.

Dude, you have no idea how nice it is to see a response from someone official, it gives the forum community hope that we're not having our time wasted, (I just wish most of the community in return, would have some sensible/realistic requests) I really appreciate the work you and the other community representative are doing, to me it's just as important as the devs work. I'll try to keep simple and realistic as possible, specially since the game is already good, only a few ironing out.

    Thanks Dude
