    Great game, pathetic community.

You're a disgrace. It's like a nursery full of demanding children, crying and tantrums. Demanding the game changes to your every whim.

Don't like it? **** off then. Simples.

The sheer levels of salt in matches, rage quits because you're environment killed and whining at balance instead of just ****ing getting on with it is insane.

The game is fine, the community is broken.

I'd hate to be that guy, but the players who think the game is fine the way it is is the minority. The majority of the player base has quit the game entirely. So statistically speaking, most people don't think the game is fine.

The game is far from fine, and the developers admit it, if you're satisfied with a sub par game then that is good, but it doesn't mean everyone else should be. Without feedback and complaining on the forums then things would never get balanced or fixed as fast as they do. The developers that read the forums know the difference between rage posts with nothing behind them and constructive posts about class balancing and they have to statistics to back up what they read on here. I think it is you that doesn't understand the point of forums. Most of what is complained about on here they are fixing with patches and balancing consistently since release. All my friends that play the game all agree the core of the game is a great, but that it needs class balancing, gear stat balancing, fixes to matchmaking and connectivity, just because a game is good and playable doesn't mean it can't be even better.

I am certainly against the whiny attitude that is very prevalent on these forums (though being on PS4 and without in-game chat I can't really make a judgement on how it is there)

However if you're saying that people should just leave if they don't like something, then I have to disagree. There are always going to be things which could be better, I for one have several suggestions on how to make the game more enjoyable (from my point of view, of course). There are people who complain because they like hating on Ubisoft, but sometimes people complain because they want the game to be better. It is out of love, not hate. I am often most critical of the things I have the most respect for.

Recently I've seen plenty of people telling others to F off if they think that revenge gear is OP, or that certain characters are unbalanced, or even that this game has connection issues. Then the next day during the livestream the devs admit themselves that fixing these issues is their top priority. You can't really say these complaints weren't legitimate then. If someone pays money for a product and it isn't up to scratch, then you can't really blame them for wanting improvements.

But yeah, the general attitude of many people when demanding for these changes is disgusting. Some complaints are simply people having difficulty coming to terms with the fact that they're not too good at this game, and so yeah, ignore them. But that doesn't mean we should generalise and shut down anyone who has a problem. This game is not perfect.

It's certainly something I have said in the past, easily could have been me On the rare occasions someone sensible comes along it is one of my favourite comments, along with 'You sir, are far too sensible for these forums' and 'how dare you come in here with your logic and common sense'

Haven't had the opportunity to use those much on this forum though ....
